Take the plunge

Take a deep, deep breath and hold it...
hold it...
hold it a little longer
hold it just a bit more...
now exhale.

You see, that oxigen that you need it so much, and that you breathed in, if you hold it for too long, it no longer serves you. And so it is with the things that belong to the past. Whatever is that no longer serves you a purpose, let it go. Let go of the past and be happy with the uncertainty. Embrace new lessons. Open your heart to your destiny.
