... Can you trust in yourself to trust others?

Most people in this world can't be trusted. We learn since childhood that we must "fight" for what we want, not the other way around. How many people do you know that fight for others happiness?... So, it's most common that one person will choose themselves over you. Their happiness over yours. Can you trust in yourself to trust others?

be gentle... and play

“Be still. It takes no effort to be still; it is utterly simple. When your mind is still, You have no name, You have no past, You have no relationships, You have no country, You have no spiritual attainment, You have no lack of spiritual attainment.
There is just the presence of beingness with itself.”

In this I believe

Move your body, let go of any insecurities and flow... let it be through Music, Writing or Drawing thoughts. Melt away in that sweet feeling of - I'm pure pleasure, pure truth, pure being, animal, constellation or molecule. I'm everything and everything fits inside of me.

Similar feeling maybe...

“Kissing is like drinking salted water. You drink, and your thirst increases.”

Chinese Proverb

“The whole world can love you, but that love will not make you happy. What will make you happy is the love coming out of you.”

Don Miguel Ruiz

“I am convinced that the truest act of courage, the strongest act of manliness, is to sacrifice ourselves for others in a totally non-violent struggle for justice. To be a man is to suffer for others. God help us be men.”

At least bad things do get our attention...

... so we better learn from them and grow. To really learn means, to put in practice our knowledge. Do something about it. Things don't just happen to you.
